BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESSManufacturersBrand ownersImportersDistributors

You know your business.
Let’s connect
the requirements.

“Does this apply to us?”
“Who owns the data?”
“What do we actually need to do?”

Those are the right questions. KZaremba Consulting helps translate EPR complexity into decisions, responsibilities and next steps, with a focus on how products and packaging move through real supply chains.

Start with the business you have, the markets you serve and the information available today. Then build from there.

From the first question
to a workable plan.

Three ways to work together, shaped around your obligations, your packaging and your business.

01

Compliance & reporting

Understand your obligations. Organize the work.

Assess applicability, organize packaging data and support state registrations and reporting. Define responsibilities and build a documented process your team can maintain.→ Readiness review, data preparation & reporting support

02

Packaging strategy & eco-modulation

Connect packaging decisions to business impact.

Evaluate packaging choices and potential fee drivers. Explore where material selection, design and better data may improve your position, taking account of the rules in each market.→ Packaging assessment & prioritized opportunities

03

Fractional advisory

An outside EPR expert, working with your team.

Bring ongoing EPR perspective into business decisions. Align leadership and operations, work through supplier and customer questions, and plan for evolving requirements.→ Ongoing guidance, team alignment & regulatory readiness

You don’t need
all the answers
to get started.

We’re new to EPR. Where do we start?

Start with an overview of your business: what you sell, whose brands you carry, where products go and how they are packaged. An initial conversation helps define the right assessment and the questions to investigate.

Do you work outside automotive?

Yes. Automotive is a core focus, and engagements can also address packaging and EPR questions for manufacturers, distributors, importers and brands in other sectors. We’ll establish fit and scope before starting.

What if our packaging data is incomplete?

That is a useful starting point for a data readiness review. We can map what exists, identify gaps and build a collection plan. The objective is a documented process your team can maintain.

Can we start with a focused project?

Yes. A readiness review, packaging data assessment or team workshop can be scoped as a focused engagement, with agreed deliverables and clear next steps.

Is your work limited to packaging?

Packaging EPR is a primary focus. Broader product stewardship questions, including batteries, tires and lubricants, can be discussed and scoped according to your markets and needs.
